Arkeza Terms

By using Arkeza, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and accept responsibility for all activity on your account. We may require verification.
XP and rewards
You may earn XP for tasks, referrals, streaks, and wheel spins. XP is not money, has no cash value, and does not guarantee any future reward, token, or payout. XP rules, rates, caps, eligibility, and mechanics may change at any time. We may adjust or remove XP for errors, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Tasks and third parties
Some tasks involve third party platforms. You must follow their rules. Arkeza is not responsible for third party outages, suspensions, or policy changes.
No abuse
No bots, automation, multiple accounts, fake or self referrals, false task proof, hacking, harassment, or unlawful activity. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and loss of XP.
User content
You confirm you have rights to content you submit and allow Arkeza to use it to operate the service, verify tasks, and prevent fraud.
Privacy
We collect limited personal data, such as email, under our Privacy Policy.
Service changes
Features may change, pause, or end at any time and may vary by region.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts. Terminated accounts may lose XP, streaks, and participation history with no obligation to restore them.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arkeza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are subject to and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the user’s country or region of residence, to the extent required by local law.
Updates
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the latest version.

Use the in app support channel or the official Arkeza website.
